We use a Slabber-type line, fitted with a carbide circular finished twin band, to saw timber to custom thickness or length ranging from 3 to 14 meters.
Our canter-twin computer-aided line processes the timber by series of lengths with a view to obtain products complying with European standards.
Again, our carbide circular canter finishing line is computer-operated. The final product it delivers presents a planed-like appearance.
A sorting / end-trimming / ordering line made up of 70 computer-managed compartments receives the products.
Then, it sorts them according to width and length before they are automatically stacked in piles.
To your request, the wood can be dried to custom dampness rates, treated against stains or insects and planed according to your needs and requirements .
